How do you ship orders? Is shipping insured?
Yes. All orders are shipped with full insurance, tracking, and signature on delivery using:

● New Zealand Post Secure
● DHL (for some international orders)
Your jewellery is protected from the moment it leaves our studio until it reaches you.

Can I make changes after production begins?
Design changes after CAD approval may incur extra charges or extend production time.
Once production starts, major changes may not be possible. -
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns for change of mind, especially for custom-made items.
However, if there is an issue with craftsmanship or a defect, we will:Fix or repair the item, or Full details are in our Refund Policy.
