A diamond's carat weight refers to the weight of the stone and not the size. Two diamonds with the same carat weight can have different sizes depending on their cut and shape. The larger the carat weight, the more valuable the diamond is likely to be.

Clarity refers to the presence of internal or external characteristics in a diamond. The fewer the inclusions, the higher the clarity grade and the more valuable the diamond.

Colour grade measures how colourless a white diamond appears. D is the highest grade. Near colourless grades still appear white to the naked eye and can offer excellent value.

Cut grade reflects how well a diamond's proportions interact with light. Better cut grades deliver stronger brilliance, fire, and scintillation.
