Processing & Delivery Times

● Each piece is made to order or custom-designed.
 ● Standard production time: 3–4 weeks (depending on design). 
 ●Shipping time within New Zealand: 1–5 business days, depending on location.
 ●You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Insured Shipping

All parcels are fully insured until they reach you and require a signature on delivery to ensure safe receipt.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

 If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you are taken care of.
